5 Common Herbs for Anxiety and Depression

Herbal medicine has been utilized in both conventional and non-traditional methods of treatment for at least 5000 years. Throughout history, physicians and healers from various cultures and civilizations have used them to soothe the nervous system and protect the body from stress and worry. Soothing herbs can assist whether you have a full-blown anxiety disorder or just periodic bouts of unease. They can be consumed as a supplement, made into tea, or utilized in aromatherapy. We’ll go through several plants and cures that can help with anxiety.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a potent revitalizing plant that has been used for over 2000 years to prepare Ayurvedic medication. CBD

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a chemical in the Cannabis sativa plant, also known as cannabis or hemp. It has gained popularity over the last few years and is helpful for those with severe anxiety, pain, insomnia, and most notably, seizure disorders. it is most often used in the form of sweet gummies to avoid the bitter taste of CDB.
